Training Formats
Depending on the topic and the needs of our customers, Albions training programs are offered in the formats below. Some courses may be trimmed or expanded based on your organizations objectives.
- One-half day or less training workshop: Informational survey presentation.
- One-day training seminar: In-depth informational presentation in the context of skill development and resource identification.
- Two- or three-day training practicum: In-depth skill development through lecturettes, role plays and video presentation. Participants have the opportunity to practice skill enhancements, learn new resources and tools, and receive feedback.
- Four- to five-day training institutes: Includes the scope of the practicum, above, with additional real world application to your organizations particular environment and issues.
