When Is Conduct, Behaviors and/or Decisions a Workplace Contaminant?

To clearly present the broad spectrum of workplace conduct to course participants, Albion has developed the Work Environment Quality Index (WEQI) similar in principle to an air quality index, this ingenious gauge employs the following scale:

Green -Healthy Work Environment

Orange – Hazardous Work Environment

Red – Toxic Work Environment

During each SUPERFUND WORKSHOP search participant receives a WEQI and learns to use it to rate situations that are constructed from the Elements of Harassment, Diversity, Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance, Workplace Violence or other organizational policy model.

During each Equal Housing Opportunity Compliance/Fair Housing workshop each participant receives a HEQI and learns to use it to rate situations that are constructed from the Elements of Fair Housing Model.
