This workshop will teach your professional human/civil rights staff how to: Apply a systematic inquiry using the 34 steps of any investigation, collect relevant record & interview witnesses, sort fact from assumption for significance to the real issues of the claim, improve the accuracy of your findings by using statistical methods, learn a structured methodology that completes the investigation faster, with more certainty of results, learn case management and inventory management skills that keep cases moving, and obtain resources that summarize the investigation.

In addition, we offer EQUAL OPPORTUNITY COMPLIANCE: DISCRIMINATION COMPLAINT INTAKE, which includes the magnificent 7 steps of intake, proper intake counseling, interviewing and conducting jurisdictional reviews.
